Guest Bartender Series
A monthly guest bartender series showcasing local bartenders who live and breathe their craft. Each bartender creates two cocktails reflecting their unique style, available for the next month. For every cocktail sold, $1 is matched by our partner brands and donated to the bartender's chosen charity.
Jesse Tozier
Originally from the charming state of Maine, Jesse made his way to Denver two years ago and has been soaking up the city’s vibrant hospitality scene ever since. As a Bartender at Linger in LoHi, he’s known for his friendly demeanor and exceptional cocktail skills.
Off the clock, Jesse is an adventure seeker. Whether he’s riding his motorcycles, hiking through scenic trails, camping under the stars, or snowboarding down Colorado’s slopes, he’s always on the go with his partner and their four dogs. Music is another passion, and you can often catch him enjoying live concerts.
Jesse’s COCKtail repertoire is a delightful mix of balanced flavors and exotic twists—bringing a little bit of Maine magic to every drink he creates!

The Center on Colfax opened in 1976 has grown to become the largest LGBTQ community center in the Rocky Mountain region, giving voice to Colorado's lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) community and playing a pivotal role in statewide initiatives to reduce harassment and discrimination.
